First of all, we read and analyse the text to be translated.
When necessary, we list any questions that arise concerning meaning or terminology.
In some cases, we prepare a rough translation which we pass on to the customer with a list of questions and comments (inconsistencies in the original text, etc).
The final version of the translation is then drafted on the basis of the customer's response.
We then pass this version on to the customer, sometimes with a customer-specific terminology list.
This also shows how important it is to establish long-term working relations.
